Job summary
Anthropic is seeking a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for its Enterprise pillar. You will shape enterprise-ready Claude experiences for large organizations, from admin consoles to data models, with high autonomy and architectural influence.
You will partner across product, design, and GTM to turn customer workflows into shipped products, set technical direction, and mentor engineers to raise the team’s capability.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with staff-level leadership.
- Led design and delivery of complex enterprise products across the full stack.
- Built enterprise SaaS products for IT admins, security reviewers, and procurement teams.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating learnings into decisions.
- Built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments with clear technical direction.
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment and influence outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design and delivery for enterprise-facing products across the stack.
- Collaborate with product, design, and GTM to ship customer workflows.
- Set technical direction and standards for the team.
- Work directly with enterprise customers, admins, and sales to inform priorities.
- Build primitives for large-scale Claude deployments.
- Mentor engineers and elevate the technical bar with influence.
