Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Staff+ Software Engineer for Enterprise Knowledge Work to own end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-facing products that integrate Claude into organizational workflows.

You will collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to translate customer needs into shipped solutions, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while partnering with research to improve model capabilities across domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in Staff or equivalent leadership.
• Led design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack.
• Built AI products and turned model capabilities into usable applications.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and translating learnings into technical decisions.
• Ability to set technical direction and drive cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products, end-to-end across the stack.
• Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to ship product based on enterprise workflows.
• Set technical direction and standards for the team.
• Engage with enterprise customers and sales during key conversations to prioritize engineering work.
• Collaborate with research to improve domain-specific model capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Build core primitives enabling knowledge workers to leverage Claude.
