Job summary

Anthropic Limited in New York is seeking a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for our Enterprise pillar—the team that makes Claude enterprise-ready at scale. You’ll own the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-facing products, from admin consoles to APIs, and partner with product, design, and GTM to translate customer workflows into shipped features.

You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and work directly with IT admins, security teams, and enterprise customers to land impactful

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in Staff or leadership.
Led design and delivery of complex, customer-facing products across the full stack.
Experience with enterprise identity, permissions (SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit, spend visibility).
Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into apps.
Startup founder or early-stage employee experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant field of study.

Responsibilities

Own technical design and end-to-end delivery for enterprise products across the stack.
Partner with product, design, and GTM to turn workflows into shipped features.
Set technical direction and standards for architecture and code quality.

Build primitives that enable Claude at scale for large organizations.
