Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership exposure.
• Led design and delivery of complex enterprise/B2B products across full stack.
• Built AI products and translated model capabilities into usable applications.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating learnings into tech decisions.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with ability to set direction with limited precedent.
• Ability to align cross-team efforts to ship impactful work.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product, design, and GTM to ship product-driven workflows.
• Set architecture and code standards for the team.
• Engage with enterprise customers and sales to guide priorities.
• Work with research to improve model capabilities and report learnings.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical bar across the team.
• Build multi-player, asynchronous agents and webhook-driven processes.
