Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for Enterprise to help make Claude enterprise-ready at scale. You will own end-to-end design and delivery across admin consoles, governance, and APIs, while guiding architectural direction and coding standards.

You will partner with product, design, and GTM teams to translate customer workflows into shipped products, mentor peers, and influence priorities with enterprise customers and sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including staff or equivalent leadership.
• Led design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products and understanding IT admins, security reviewers, and procurement needs.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating learnings into technical decisions.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments and setting technical direction.
• Ability to drive cross-team alignment and ship impactful work with influence.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing products end-to-end across the stack.
• Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn workflows into shipped product.
• Set technical direction and standards for the team (architecture, code quality).
• Work with enterprise customers, admins, and sales to translate learnings into priorities.
• Build primitives to deploy and govern Claude at scale for large organizations.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
