Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in Staff or equivalent leadership.
Led design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack.
Built enterprise SaaS products for IT admins, security reviewers, and procurement teams.
Able to translate customer conversations into engineering priorities.

Responsibilities

Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing products end-to-end across the stack.
Partner with product, design, and GTM to ship enterprise workflows.
Set technical direction, standards, and code quality for the team.
Collaborate with enterprise customers, admins, and sales to translate learnings into priorities.
Build primitives for large organizations to deploy, govern, and derive value from Claude at scale.
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
