Job summary

Anthropic Limited in New York is seeking a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for our Enterprise pillar—the team that makes Claude enterprise-ready at scale. You’ll own the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-facing products, from admin consoles to APIs, and partner with product, design, and GTM to translate customer workflows into shipped features.

You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and work directly with IT admins, security teams, and enterprise customers to land impactful

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in Staff or leadership.
• Led design and delivery of complex, customer-facing products across the full stack.
• Experience with enterprise identity, permissions (SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit, spend visibility).
• Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into apps.
• Startup founder or early-stage employee experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant field of study.

• We're looking for a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for our Enterprise pillar - the team that makes Claude enterprise-ready at scale. When a Fortune 500 company rolls out Claude to 100,000 employees, the admin, governance, and management experiences you build are what their IT leaders, security teams, and end users touch every day
• This is a high-agency role where the product questions are as open as the architecture ones: you'll help decide what these products are, not just how they're built, and you'll see your work land with real teams at the world's largest enterprises
• Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing products end-to-end across the stack-from admin consoles and governance surfaces to the APIs and data models behind them
• Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped product, not just execute against a spec
• Set technical direction and standards for your team: architecture, code quality, and how the team builds
• Work directly with enterprise customers, admins, and sales during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities
• Build the primitives that let the world's largest organizations deploy, govern, and get value from Claude at scale
• Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team, working with influence rather than authority
