Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a highly experienced software engineering leader to own enterprise-facing products for Claude integration in large organizations. You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with research to push model capabilities into production.

This role requires 8+ years in software engineering with leadership exposure, a track record delivering complex B2B platforms end-to-end, and comfort working directly with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in Staff or equivalent leadership.
• Led design and delivery of complex enterprise or B2B products across the full stack.
• Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into usable applications.
• Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and translating learning into technical decisions.
• Ability to define technical direction for a team and balance speed with quality.
• Experience with 0→1 product development in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products from end to end across the stack.
• Partner with product, design, and go‑to‑market to translate enterprise workflows into shipped product.
• Set technical direction and standards for your team (architecture, code quality, team practices).
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and sales to align priorities with engineering work.
• Work with research to improve model capabilities and feed learnings into development.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Build multi‑player, asynchronous agents and plug‑in like extensibility surfaces.
