Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead frontend architecture for our self-service platform used in pharmacy operations and customer order fulfillment. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to deliver scalable, safe interfaces across the Fulfillment and Pharmacy domains.

You will drive best practices, mentor Front End engineers, and shape multi-quarter roadmaps while adopting responsible AI enhancements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience leading frontend direction across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in building scalable web apps and services in a cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Next.js/TypeScript) and backend tech like Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of scalable, maintainable frontend solutions aligned with product requirements.
• Establish and foster coding standards and patterns across the Front End team.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver intuitive user experiences and conduct design/code reviews.
