Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with frontend leadership across teams.
• Experience building scalable web apps in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and backend technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of scalable front end solutions aligned with product needs.
• Drive adoption of common frameworks, patterns, and practices across teams.
• Establish coding standards and best practices for Front End.
• Guide junior engineers through mentorship and thorough documentation.
• Reduce technical debt and improve workflow efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, incident response, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with designers for intuitive UX.
• Conduct design and code reviews and share knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry trends to propose enhancements.
