Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead frontend architecture for our self-service platform used in pharmacy operations and customer order fulfillment. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and leaders to deliver scalable, safe, and high-quality user experiences in a remote, US-based setting.

You will guide frontend engineers, drive best practices, and shape a multi-quarter roadmap for Pharmacy & Fulfillment while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading frontend architecture across multiple teams.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
• Experience with cloud-based web apps and CI/CD (Datadog, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture for scalable, maintainable, and performant web apps.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor frontend engineers and establish coding standards.
• Drive adoption of common patterns and reduce technical debt.
• Define a multi-quarter frontend roadmap for Pharmacy & Fulfillment.
