You will oversee frontend design decisions, promote scalable patterns, and elevate engineering excellence while mentoring senior leaders and guiding teams through ambiguity to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with leadership at scale.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) with production-grade web experiences.
• Full-stack capability with Node.js and Python for end-to-end ownership.
• Strong UI performance, accessibility, and responsive design expertise.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing frontend systems; lead cross-org initiatives for long-term scale.
• Drive frontend excellence, ensuring fast, accessible, and visually polished experiences that reflect the brand.
• Establish patterns and governance to ensure quality, resilience, and observability across teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape direction and promote shared frontend patterns and tooling.
• Mentor senior engineers, foster talent density, and participate in product discovery to validate ideas.
• Lead through ambiguity, remove blockers, and accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and embed customer obsession in architecture.
• Design systems and boundaries to support sustainable growth with emphasis on observability and reliability.
