• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience, including customer-facing or embedded delivery roles.
• Strong software architecture background with independent design and defense of systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants as a primary development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for cross-functional data and AI problems from discovery to blueprint.
• Define architecture decisions, trade-offs, and delivery approaches for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design scalable, modular systems balancing speed with reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent systems to automate complex workflows end-to-end.
