Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and build AI-enabled solutions. You will drive discovery, craft specifications, and deliver end-to-end agentic systems with robust retrieval and data governance.

You will operate CI/CD for AI, guide deployment, and ensure long-term success after launch with measurable business impact. Remote-friendly with Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production-grade services; proficiency in TypeScript/Node is a plus.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps / MLOps).
• Strong ability to translate complex data/AI problems into production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Discover through workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automated business processes.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Operate the delivery system including CI/CD for AI and post-launch governance.
