Job summary

JLL is seeking a Forward Deploy Engineer to operate at the front lines of innovation, embedded with subject matter experts, product, and engineering teams to rapidly design, prototype, and deploy solutions for high-priority problems.

You will translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions, build AI agents, and deliver production-ready prototypes while ensuring security and scalability across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software or infrastructure development experience.
• Hands-on AI agent development and end-to-end system design.
• Experience with AWS Agent Core, MCP, LangChain, and modern DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data and AI project architecture and delivery.
• Prototype rapidly and deliver production-ready solutions within days or weeks.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and skills end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product, program and engineering teams; document decisions.
