Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embedded with enterprise teams, turning AI opportunities into production systems. You’ll diagnose data and model needs, design agentic architectures, and deliver measurable value through robust data, retrieval, and governance.

This role blends consulting, engineering, and operations. You’ll run discovery workshops, architect end-to-end AI solutions, own CI/CD for AI, and support client leadership from discovery to production while working 100%

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Production‑grade Python and TypeScript/Node knowledge is a plus.
• Experience designing CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps).

Responsibilities

• Discover requirements with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval.
• Build working AI systems and evaluation tooling.
• Own CI/CD and release governance for AI projects.
• Engage with CTOs, VPs, and leadership to defend decisions.
