Docplanner is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the Marketplace migration from a PHP monolith to a scalable monorepo. You will own the target architecture, set technical direction, and ensure safe migrations using the strangler pattern while exposing capabilities as versioned contracts.

You will mentor engineers, partner with managers to scale impact, and push for AI-native coding approaches to build a better platform.
