Docplanner seeks engineers to help build AI-assisted healthcare software used by millions of patients and clinicians worldwide. You will contribute to marketplaces, PMS, and AI-powered tools while working in a high-trust, autonomous team culture.

You can work fully remote or join a hybrid setup with hubs in Barcelona or Warsaw, depending on team allocation. Bring strong CS fundamentals and a passion for meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in computer science and software engineering.
• Ability to build real software and ship features end-to-end.
• Comfortable across the stack with solid debugging skills.
• Curiosity about users and problems, plus ownership mentality.
• AI-first engineering mindset and willingness to experiment with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end journey from discovery to rebooking using AI search.
• Develop AI-native clinical workflows and PMS features.
• Build data integrations that connect medical history with live data.
