Docplanner is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head a 7-9 person Payments team, partnering with the Product Manager to deliver reliable payment experiences.

You will stay hands-on in code, keep the team efficient and AI-native, and ensure user-focused delivery. Candidates should have 8+ years in engineering, 4+ years leading product-focused teams, Fluent English, and ideally payments domain experience.
