Docplanner is reinventing how we build products and code with AI. We seek a Staff Engineer to set the technical direction for the Marketplace, the patient-facing platform used by millions to search for doctors, compare profiles and book visits.

The Marketplace is being migrated from a PHP monolith to a monorepo with vertical slices. Your role ensures a clean contract, scalable blocks, and AI-driven engineering practices across teams.

Competenze

• You can see the whole system and change it safely while running.
• Lead technical direction across several teams with production impact.
• Experience moving large legacy systems and working with migration patterns.

Mansioni

• Own the technical direction of the Marketplace across search, listings, doctors' profiles and booking flow.
• Shape the monolith-to-monorepo migration and define domains and targets.
• Move domains to be owned natively in the monorepo with data, logic and persistence.
• Make Marketplace capabilities reusable building blocks consumable through clear contracts.
