Job summary

Bluebeam, Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer to architect, develop, and scale secure SaaS platform solutions for Studio customers, leading a team of engineers and collaborating with Architecture, InfoSec, DevOps and Product Management.

You will mentor developers, ramp on new problems quickly, and serve as go-to expert for complex areas of our systems, with deep knowledge of microservices, cloud-native AWS, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience developing highly available backend services.
• 10+ years building applications in AWS cloud.
• 5+ years leading a team of developers with progression to larger projects.
• Experience as technical lead on multi-year projects and breaking work into milestones.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and scale secure, performant SaaS platform solutions for Studio customers.
• Provide technical leadership in design, implementation, and operation with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and guide less senior developers to deliver robust solutions.
