Job summary

Bluebeam is looking for a DevOps Engineering Manager to lead the technical strategy for DevOps and cloud platforms. You will enable secure, scalable cloud native applications and guide automation across the SDLC.

You will mentor a DevOps team, drive improvements in reliability and delivery speed, and partner with security and architecture teams to embed controls and best practices in pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud infra supporting production systems.
• 5+ years hands-on AWS design, build, and operation in production.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, automation, and security controls.
• Strong observability and incident response experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps strategy, standards, tooling, and best practices across cloud infra and CI/CD.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps/SRE team, including offshore resources.
• Design, operate scalable, secure cloud platforms using IaC, containers, and serverless tech.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation to improve deployment speed and reliability.
• Drive security, compliance, and auditability in infrastructure and pipelines.
• Build self-service automation and developer tooling to reduce toil and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to improve reliability and value.
