Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineering Manager to lead the strategy and execution of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated infrastructure. You will mentor DevOps engineers, collaborate with security, architecture, and product teams, and drive reliability and deployment speed across the SDLC.

You will design scalable cloud platforms, implement IaC, containers, and serverless solutions, and champion security and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS design/build/operating production cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive DevOps strategy, standards, tooling, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing DevOps/SRE team, including offshore personnel.
• Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure cloud platforms.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation to improve delivery metrics.
• Embed security/compliance controls into infra and pipelines.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, product, and security teams.
• Build automation frameworks and self‑service developer tooling to reduce toil.
• Improve monitoring, incident response, and post‑incident analysis.
