Job summary

Bluebeam, part of the Nemetschek Group, is seeking a Staff Engineer to architect, develop, and scale secure SaaS backend solutions for Studio customers. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor peers, and drive multi-year initiatives from design to delivery.

The role requires deep experience with Golang, microservices, cloud-native architectures on AWS, and CI/CD in automated environments. A collaborative, growth-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of backend development experience.
• 10+ years building cloud-based applications on AWS.
• 5+ years leading teams of developers.
• Golang expertise demonstrated in production systems.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture and cloud-native design.
• Experience with databases including PostgreSQL and NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and scale secure, performant SaaS platform solutions for Studio customers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Lead multi-year projects with milestones and clear delivery.
• Collaborate with Architecture, InfoSec, DevOps, and Product Management to realize the product vision.
