Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the development of cloud-connected SaaS and single-tenant products. You will lead cross-functional teams, recruit and mentor engineers, set goals, and drive budget planning while removing roadblocks across tech and people domains.

You will collaborate with architects, product teams and QA to build and deliver excellence; strong AWS, Terraform/Jenkins, and Go/C#/Python skills are essential in a containerized environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in industry with progressive growth in responsibility.
• 4+ years technical leadership and managing teams of 5+ engineers.
• Experience with Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, ELB, Lambda) in containerized microservices.
• Experience infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Strong skills in GoLang, C#/.Net, Python.
• Strong knowledge of REST API and web technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud native tech and cloud transformation.

Responsibilities

• Leads team(s) throughout software development lifecycle.
• Mentors and coaches engineering ICs and tech leads daily.
• Sets and tracks goals and objectives for each member.
• Participates in budget planning and expense approvals.
• Solves complex problems crossing technical and human factors.
• Meets with stakeholders to drive quality decisions.
• Communicates clearly and provides 360-degree clarity.
• Collaborates with architects, product managers, engineers and QA.
