Job summary

Bluebeam, Inc. seeks a Staff Software Engineer to lead architecture and hands-on development for Revu’s Windows desktop and AWS backend services. You will drive scalable backend systems using Golang and C#/.NET, while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.

You’ll mentor engineers, define technical designs and milestones, and collaborate with product, design, QA, and security teams to deliver robust, customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in Golang and C#/.NET across multiple domains.
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture, API design, containers, and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Familiar with CI/CD, testing strategies, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and evolution of end-to-end product capabilities for Revu and AWS backend services.
• Own backend and platform work with scalable, highly available services and APIs using Golang and C#/.NET.
• Provide technical leadership for cross‑team initiatives and roadmaps.
• Contribute hands-on code across Windows desktop (C#/.NET, WPF) and backend services.
