Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to shape product strategy and adoption for our Enterprise Observability Platform. You will partner with engineering leaders, architects, and cloud teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve telemetry, and drive platform adoption and reliability.

In this staff role, you will influence multiple teams without direct authority, balancing technical detail with strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management or related role.
Defining strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, and backlog priorities for a complex platform.
Partnering with senior engineers/architects to translate architecture into product decisions.
Discovery with technical users and stakeholders.
Defining product and operational measures to guide direction.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication for executives and engineers.
Senior individual contributor capable of aligning cross-functional teams around outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy across multiple teams.
Align stakeholders around product vision and execution plans.
Engage in technical discussions and understand telemetry/platform dependencies.
Drive execution, planning, release readiness, and accountability across teams.
Advocate for application developers, platform teams, and operators through validation and feedback.
Influence adoption strategy and communicate product rationale to leadership.
Ensure sustainability, governance, and compliance in product priorities.
