The role requires an active RN license, a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (long-term care preferred), and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in healthcare; long-term care preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations and long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing staff.
• Regularly assess CNA skill performance and provide 1:1 instruction as needed.
• Train new staff in deficient areas before they work with residents.
