Acuity - PT&C, LLC, based in the United States, is seeking a Staff Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, and to guide project personnel toward meeting schedule and budget goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and certification as a Certified Cost Professional within one year. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Possess Certified Cost Professional certification from AACE International or similar (within one year).
• Knowledge of cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.

Responsabilités

• Develops cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assists in scope change management and data analysis.
• Prepares budgets and cost reports; maintains data for project controls.
