Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Possess Certified Cost Professional certification from AACE International or similar (within one year).
• Knowledge of cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assists in scope change management and data analysis.
• Prepares budgets and cost reports; maintains data for project controls.
