Job summary

TriNet, a leading HR solutions provider, is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner for the Business Relationship Management team. You will manage TriNet's internal business applications, develop roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, and UX to deliver high-quality solutions that support strategic programs.

You will analyze markets, drive adoption, measure KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically 8+ years of experience required
• Advanced experience in a dynamic business application management role

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce to align with business objectives and customer service goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, translate requirements into solutions, and drive adoption of platform capabilities
• Measure business outcomes and continuously improve the platform by tracking KPIs and managing releases
