Qualifications

• Advanced experience in a dynamic business application management role overseeing all elements of the development lifecycle.
• Advanced understanding of AI-powered process automation.
• Advanced ability to connect with, build trust, and influence colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Deep experience in an agile development environment with a focus on business applications management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
• Lead optimization of service processes with AI-powered automation to improve agent productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee platform performance, integrations, data quality, security, and compliance across the enterprise.
• Measure outcomes and iterate improvements using KPIs and ROI analysis.
