Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Staff Attorney to join our team.

The Staff Attorney will assist the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel with legal matters and be responsible for drafting legal documents and templates, performing legal research and analysis, managing document templates and corporate legal records, performing records research, and preparing correspondence, all under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of law degree, ABA-accredited preferred.
• License to practice law required.
• Some experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Highly developed verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Research statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, contracts, and legal codes.
• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts for the organization.
• Prepares legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Provides guidance on legal issues to Navitus staff and management.
• Files and organizes legal documents and records; maintains templates.
