Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to rapidly design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled solutions embedded with multiple teams. You will own architecture, build reusable patterns, and ship production-ready code with enterprise-grade security and scalability in a remote US setting.

You will mentor engineers, define delivery practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical outcomes, leveraging AWS

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing or embedded delivery roles.
• Strong software architecture background with multi-stack independence.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server/client implementation.
• Data engineering, full-stack development, and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for cross-functional data and AI problems from discovery to blueprint.
• Build and deploy AI agents and plugins; redesign data pipelines to unblock use cases.
• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces and dashboards for business users.
• Translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions with minimal hand-holding.
• Define delivery playbooks, mentor engineers, and escalate high-stakes issues.
