Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Business Data Analyst to lead applied AI experimentation across Talent Analytics, workforce planning, and people insights. This hands-on role prototypes AI proof‑of‑concepts against people data and links to Intuit's enterprise AI Transformation team to scale successful ideas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business/data analytics or applied AI/ML roles with hands-on ownership of building and shipping solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered tools/prototypes.
• Knowledge of data warehouse, data pipeline, and data architecture concepts and their impact on AI/analytics readiness at scale.
• Experience with dashboard/BI design and enabling self-serve or conversational analytics.
• Ability to define confidence tiers and govern AI-generated outputs, with reliable estimation of large initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical work into decisions for executives.

Responsibilities

• AI Agents and Proof-of-Concept Development & Experimentation across talent analytics and related people-data use cases.
• Design agent-assisted analytics with clear decision boundaries grounded in governed data.
• Continuously scan for new AI capabilities and pilots worth pursuing next.
• Define dashboards and visualization patterns for prototypes moving toward self-serve analytics.
• Label AI outputs by confidence tier and ensure provenance traceability.
• Partner with the AI Transformation team to align with enterprise standards and roadmaps.
• Contribute domain knowledge to the HR contextual layer and hand off validated solutions for production.
