Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Business Data Analyst to drive AI experimentation across Talent Analytics, workforce planning and people insights. You will rapidly prototype AI concepts, test viability, and align local efforts with enterprise AI standards while partnering with the AI Transformation team.

This hands-on builder role requires translating experiments into credible business outcomes, operating in ambiguity, and shaping the analytics product roadmap with governance and scalable patterns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business/data analytics or applied AI/ML with hands-on ownership.
• Direct hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM tools.
• Experience with data warehouse, data pipelines, and architecture.
• Experience with dashboards and self-serve analytics, including data source cert.
• Ability to define confidence tiers for AI outputs and scope initiatives.
• Excellent communication translating experiments into leadership decisions.
• Autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces and cross-org collaboration.

Responsibilities

• AI Agents and Proof-of-Concept Development & Experimentation across talent analytics and workforce planning.
• Design, build, and iterate rapid AI proofs-of-concepts using modern AI/LLM tooling.
• Define governance for agent decisions and escalation to humans where needed.
• Scan for new AI capabilities and determine pilots worth pursuing.
• Develop self-serve analytics and dashboards, certifying sources for broader use.
• Partner with enterprise AI teams to align standards and roadmaps.
• Contribute to HR contextual layer and production handoff with engineering and product teams.
• Provide reliable estimates and discipline for ambiguous, large initiatives.
