Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Business Data Analyst to lead talent analytics strategy, data ownership, and AI-enabled insights across workforce planning, recruiting, and leadership reporting.

You will automate reconciliation, build scalable data pipelines, and partner with senior teams to deliver trusted insights for executive decisions. Strong communication and autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business/data analytics with ownership of talent analytics, workforce planning or related areas.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents for talent insights at scale.
• Working knowledge of data warehouse, data pipelines, and data architecture.
• Experience automating manual reporting and building scalable dashboards/self-service tools.
• Strong data quality instincts and ability to enforce standards trusted by senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations.
• Preferred: Workday HCM data and Avature or ATS/recruiting platforms.
• Preferred: Partnering with TA analytics teams on funnel and pipeline metrics.
• Familiarity with People Data governance, security, and access considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data strategy across talent analytics including workforce planning and talent acquisition metrics.
• Automate manual reconciliation processes to deliver near real-time talent data views.
• Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to align analytics across systems.
• Design and build dashboards and visualizations for leaders and stakeholders.
• Translate complex talent data into clear narratives for executives.
• Improve self-service reporting to reduce ad hoc data pulls.
