Intuit is seeking a Staff Business Data Analyst to prototype AI solutions across talent analytics, workforce planning, and people insights. You will build AI agents and experiments, design governance and dashboards, and coordinate with the enterprise AI Transformation team to scale learning across the organization.

You’ll translate technical work into business decisions, operate in ambiguity, and contribute to the contextual HR data layer while planning for production handoff and governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in business/data analytics or applied AI/ML roles, with demonstrated hands-on ownership of building and shipping solutions
• Direct, hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered tools/prototypes (e.g., Claude, GPT)
• Working knowledge of data warehouse, data pipeline, and data architecture concepts
• Experience with dashboard/BI design and self-serve or conversational analytics patterns
• Comfort defining confidence tiers or governance for AI-generated outputs
• Strong ability to evaluate technical feasibility vs. speculative AI use cases
• Excellent communication skills translating technical experimentation into executive decisions
• Autonomy in ambiguous, undefined problem spaces

Responsabilidades

• AI Agents and Proof-of-Concept Development & Experimentation
• Design, build, and iterate rapid AI proof-of-concepts across talent analytics, workforce planning, and related use cases
• Design agent-assisted analytics with explicit decision boundaries
• Continuously scan for new AI capabilities and use cases for talent analytics
• Self-Serve Analytics, Visualization & Output Trust
• Define dashboard/visualization patterns for prototypes progressing to self-serve or conversational analytics
• Label AI outputs by confidence tier and ensure provenance
• Enterprise AI Partnership & Standards Alignment
• Partner with AI Transformation team to align with enterprise standards and roadmap
• Contextual & Semantic Layer Contribution
• Work with Technology/HR to contribute to HR contextual layer
• Planning, Roadmap Integration & Production Handoff
• Provide reliable estimates and rigorous spec-writing for large initiatives
• Embed AI into the analytics product roadmap and plan prototypes accordingly
• Define production handoff criteria with data engineering and product
• Technical Feasibility, Risk & Executive Communication
• Evaluate feasibility vs. speculation and communicate actionable recommendations
• Communicate feasibility and next steps to senior stakeholders
• Capability Building
• Raise applied-AI capability with reusable patterns and tooling standards
• Coach senior analysts and partner teams to run AI projects independently
