• Experience with data warehouses, pipelines, and analytics architecture.
• Ability to automate reporting and build scalable dashboards.
• Strong data quality instincts and trusted executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data strategy across talent analytics, including workforce planning and recruiting metrics.
• Automate manual reconciliation processes to deliver near real-time talent data.
• Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to align analytics across systems.
• Design dashboards and visuals for leaders and stakeholders, enabling self-service insights.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics initiatives and pilot new AI tools for talent analytics.
