Intuit is seeking a Staff Business Data Analyst for hands-on AI experimentation across Talent Analytics, workforce planning, and people insights. You will rapidly prototype AI proof-of-concepts against people data, stress-test ideas for scaling, and connect with Intuit’s enterprise AI Transformation team to ensure local experiments translate into enterprise capability.

You’ll work in ambiguity, translating technical experimentation into business needs, and represent the team in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field
7+ years of experience in business/data analytics or applied AI/ML roles with hands-on ownership
Direct hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered tools/prototypes

Responsabilités

AI Agents and Proof-of-Concept Development & Experimentation across Talent Analytics and workforce planning
Design rapid AI proofs-of-concept and experiments with modern AI/LLM tooling
Define dashboards and visualization patterns for prototypes
Collaborate with enterprise AI Transformation team to align standards and roadmap
Contribute to HR contextual layer and data governance for AI outputs
