• Hands-on ownership of building and shipping AI/ML solutions.
• Experience designing AI agents or LLM-powered tools/prototypes.

Responsabilidades

• AI Agents and Proof-of-Concept Development & Experimentation.
• Design, build, and iterate rapid AI proofs-of-concept across talent analytics & workforce planning.
• Define dashboards and visualization patterns for prototypes aimed at self-serve or conversational analytics.
• Label AI-generated outputs by confidence tier and ensure provenance is traceable.
• Partner with AI Transformation team to align with enterprise standards & roadmap.
• Contribute to HR contextual layer with domain definitions for shared context infrastructure.
• Provide reliable estimates and establish a disciplined spec-writing process for large initiatives.
• Define production handoff criteria and ensure documentation and evaluation criteria accompany handoffs.
• Communicate technical feasibility, risk, and next steps for AI initiatives to senior stakeholders.
• Raise applied-AI capability across the team and partner groups.
