Intuit’s PART team seeks a Staff Business Talent Analytics Data Analyst to prototype AI for people data and workforce planning. This onsite role in San Diego, CA focuses on experiments that become governed, production-ready outputs with traceable provenance.

The candidate will own building, testing, and handing off validated AI solutions to enterprise teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in analytics or AI, hands-on experience with AI agents and LLMs, and strong communication to executive

Formación

7+ years of experience in business or data analytics or applied AI/ML roles, with hands-on ownership.
Direct experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered tools.
Working knowledge of data warehousing, pipelines, and data architecture for AI readiness.
Experience designing dashboards and self-serve analytics with certified data sources.

Responsabilidades

Design and validate rapid AI proofs-of-concept across talent analytics and workforce planning.
Create agent-assisted analytics with clear decision boundaries and governance.
Identify new AI capabilities and pilot-worthy use cases for talent orgs.
Define dashboards and visualization patterns for prototype production-ready outputs.
Label AI outputs by confidence tiers to communicate provenance and reliability.
Collaborate with AI Transformation and enterprise teams to align standards and roadmaps.
Embed AI into analytics product roadmaps with phased handoffs to production.
Define transition criteria from prototype to production and document evaluation criteria.
