Intuit is seeking a Staff Business Data Analyst to lead applied AI experimentation across Talent Analytics, workforce planning, and people insights. You will rapidly prototype AI proof‑of‑concepts, stress‑test ideas for scaling, and connect local work to Intuit's enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring reusable capability and governance.
The role requires hands-on building of AI agents, translating technical work into business value, and working across AI Transformation teams to advance standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business/data analytics or applied AI/ML roles.
- Direct, hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM tools.
- Knowledge of data warehouse, data pipelines, and data architecture basics.
- Experience with dashboards, self-serve or conversational analytics.
- Ability to define confidence tiers and governance for AI outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate rapid AI proofs-of-concept for talent analytics and workforce planning.
- Create agent-assisted analytics with clear decision boundaries and governance.
- Scan for new AI capabilities and determine pilots worth pursuing.
- Define dashboards and patterns for self-serve analytics and provenance.
- Align local experiments with enterprise AI standards and roadmaps.
- Collaborate to embed enterprise capabilities into team use cases and production handoffs.
