Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff AI Agent Engineer – Moveworks | Customer Deployment to accelerate customer adoption of the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform and deliver high-impact AI solutions.

You will own end-to-end delivery with customers, translate complex business challenges into AI capabilities, and influence product evolution by feeding learnings back to the core platform. This role blends customer success, engineering, and product mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical role (Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Software Engineer) or an advanced degree with 6+ years
• Ability to operate across multiple business functions or technical domains
• Strong judgment to select approaches and drive cross-functional results
• Experience leading projects and coordinating team members
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Full-stack ownership of AI agent delivery with customers across the lifecycle
• Architect and consult on high-impact AI solutions on the Moveworks ServiceNow platform
• Integrate the platform with customer enterprise systems securely and efficiently
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on new ro llouts and product feedback
• Advise customers and upskill their teams to leverage the product independently
