The role emphasizes solution design, secure integrations, and strategic advisory for multi-year platform adoption across large customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience driving successful technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to operate across multiple business functions and technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers across the Moveworks implementation lifecycle.
• Design and deliver high-impact AI solutions on the Moveworks Platform.
• Design and build secure, performant integrations with customer systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira).
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to shape long-term AI strategy for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales for complex workflows.
• Mentor teammates and generalize solutions into reusable templates.
