Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Moveworks Agentic AI Harness & Quality team in Mountain View. You will help advance the frontier of AI agents, building scalable production systems, and applying state-of-the-art LLMs and machine learning to deliver enterprise AI that automates work flows.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with ML, security, product, and customer success teams, and own significant components from orchestration to execution environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience designing, building, and improving production systems.
• Ability to communicate complex engineering problems clearly.
• Experience with Mac development environment and modern enterprise AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve capable AI agent systems that are reliable at scale.
• Implement frontier AI algorithms and productionize them.
• Leverage ML, LLMs, and AI agents to enhance products and experiences.
• Contribute to roadmap and drive evolution of engineering areas.
