Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior technical leader to own the end-to-end relationship with enterprise customers, translating complex business challenges into AI-enabled Moveworks platform solutions. This field-based role requires frequent customer-facing interaction, hands-on design, and collaboration with engineering and product teams.

You will travel up to 25% and serve as the primary technical contact through design, implementation, and launch, ensuring secure integrations with major enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer/Architect/Engineer)
• Experience driving technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers
• Designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows using REST APIs and scripting
• Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional results
• Travel up to 25% of the time and coordinate with multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with 5–8 enterprise customers across the deployment lifecycle
• Architect and deliver AI solutions on the Moveworks Platform
• Design secure, high-performance integrations with customer systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira)
• Act as trusted technical advisor and help customers develop AI roadmaps
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence platform evolution
• Create reusable templates and share learnings across the team
