Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a senior field-based Solutions Engineer to own end-to-end technical relationships with enterprise customers, translating business challenges into AI-driven Moveworks solutions. Travel up to 25% is required as you design, implement, and launch integrations across customer ecosystems.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to architect AI solutions, build secure integrations, and mentor teammates while shaping multi-year technical roadmaps for platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, CSE, SA, Implementer) or equivalent
• Proven track record driving technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows leveraging REST APIs and iPaaS tools
• Ability to travel up to 25% and coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with 3-5 large enterprise engagements
• Architect and deliver AI solutions leveraging the Moveworks Platform
• Design secure, performant integrations with customer systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira)
• Provide strategic advisory and develop an AI roadmap for customers
• Mentor and generalize customer solutions into reusable templates
