Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer | Federal for Moveworks by ServiceNow in the United States. You will drive success for federal civilian, DoD, and IC engagements by accelerating adoption of the Moveworks platform with hands-on AI solution design and engineering leadership.

You will own the full lifecycle from design to deployment, work with product teams on new rollouts, and translate customer needs into scalable, compliant AI capabilities while aligning with federal security

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship required.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal government security clearance (Public Trust at minimum; Secret or higher preferred).
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, or Software Engineer).
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Full-stack ownership of AI Agent delivery lifecycle for federal customers, including Vision-Lock, design/architecture, building, tuning, and launch.
Architect, design, and consult with federal stakeholders to develop high-impact AI solutions.
Integrate the Moveworks by ServiceNow Platform with enterprise systems (ITSM, HRIS, identity, knowledge sources) in FedRAMP IL4/IL5 environments where applicable.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on new product rollouts and incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap.
Act as a trusted advisor to federal customers, guiding technical and compliance challenges and upskilling agency teams.
