Jobot is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team onsite in the Mid-Atlantic region. You’ll work across AR, AP, invoicing, AIA billing, and reconciliations, gaining exposure to multiple accounting areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for the role.
• Experience with AR/AP, collections, and reconciliations is expected.
• AIA Billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable functions including posting payments and aging.
• Process accounts payable transactions with coding and payments.
• Prepare and submit AIA billing and construction-related documents.
• Support invoicing, credits, and customer account maintenance.
• Perform collections activities and document communications.
• Complete reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and assist vendor database management.
• Assist with month-end activities and special projects.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
