Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in Sage and CRM Salesforce; strong AR and AIA billing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Understanding of construction industry financial regulations and standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Use Sage to maintain financial records and generate reports.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and data.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and vendors/clients.
• Prepare AIA billing statements per industry standards and contracts.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
